The Advocate and Patent Bureau PRECIS - Cisar , Krupka a spol. was established in 1992. It was constituted by its today’s partners JUDr. Cisar and JUDr. Krupka together with Mr. Kamil Kolator, a patent attorney.

THE ADVOCATE BUREAU PRECIS is well experienced in all fields of law, i. e. in the law applying to the business entities (for instance commercial law, industry law, international protection of industry rights and administrative law)as well as in the law applying to the natural persons (for instance the civil law, criminal law, routine law, labour law) and last but not least in the law applying to the territorial autonomy authorities.

                      

During last ten years the Bureau grew up. At present the Bureau consists of 2 partners, 2 company associates, 1 patent attorney and 1 trainee solicitor. We provide services in all fields of the law with special focus on commercial law, civil law, labour law, bankruptcy, industry rights, copyright and real estate transfers nowadays already within the legal system of the EU including the international commercial and industry law.

Our bureau created many privatisation projects for various customers and took part in other privatisation projects too (for instance LIAZ Corp., ORNELA Corp., Ateso Corp., Soliter Corp. etc.).

PARTNERS AND COMPANY ASSOCIATES

JUDr. Vojtech Krupka specialises in corporate law, preparing and consulting various commercial agreements, in disputes arising from unfair competition as well as in bankruptcy procedure. He is registered by the regional court in Ústí nad Labem as a bankruptcy administrator. Has acted or is acting in 15 bankruptcy cases.

JUDr. Jaroslav Cisar is a specialist in ground law and in civic law. He deals with the real estate operations including mortgage, encumbrance and lease agreements. He co-operates in a very intensive way with the cadastral office in Jablonec nad Nisou.

JUDr. Iva Hlavackova, Mrs. deals primarily with agreements and with the enforcing of demands including appeals by the creditors in frame of the bankruptcy procedure. She also deals with family law and she is a specialist in labour law.

JUDr. Pavla Karlovska, Mrs. deals primarily with the criminal law and with the family law.

Mgr. Vojtech Krupka is a junior attorney at law. His main focus is a bankruptcy law, public sales law, contract law and generaly commercial law. He specializes on providing a legal aid to English speaking clients of the Law Office Precis.
